Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e
7th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-653
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND
WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION PORTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
UPDATE/HOUSING ELEMENT WORK PROGRAM UNDER EXISTING CONSULTANT
CONTRACT WITH BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 77-568, has approved the Work
Program for the Comprehensive Plan Update, and
WHEREAS, Bonestreeo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates has submitted a Work Program
for review by the City for performance of the Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and
Water Supply Distribution elements of the Comprehensive Plan Update, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Work Program and finds it to be in
40 substantial conformance with the adopted Work Program for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, authorize the City Manager to execute
the Work Program with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates under the existing
consultant contract with said firm for performance of the Sanitary Sewer, Storm
Sewer and Water Supply Distribution portion for the Comprehensive Plan Update
in accordance with said adopted program.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
®following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth ,
