Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde.Coun_cI men Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilman ,Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
movedits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-652
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH BARTON-ASCHMAN,
CONSULTANT PLANNING FIRM FOR HOUSING ELEMENT/
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-642 Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. was hired to
be the consultant planning firm for the Housing Element/Comprehensive Plan
Update Project by the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. has submitted a contract for review
by the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said contract and finds it to be in
substantial conformance with the adopted work program for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, authorize the City Manager to execute
the contract with Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc., consultant planning firm, for
the Housing Element/Comprehensive Plan Update Project in accordance with the
adopted work program for the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
