Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of November 1977 . The following members were
present: MayorrH71ae, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-649
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 817
25TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 25th Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to approx-
imately 400 feet east by the installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with curb
and gutter and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
