Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-648
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 816
13TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 13th Avenue from CSAH 18 to South Shore
Drive by the installation of a bituminous street overlay, replacement of
damaged concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances and to
assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to reoort to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.

by C040rilman 5g;b, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
