Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, bfl mesota was held on the
7th day of November , 191L. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and mored
isadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-646
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 814
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets:
1. 15th Avenue from Pineview Lane west to the Chicago/Northwestern
Railroad tracks.
2. 14th Avenue from Sycamore Lane to Rosewood Lane
3. Sycamore Lane and Rosewood Lane from 14th to 15th Avenue
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street
restoration and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folio g voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
