Councjlman Hunt introduced the follow::ng Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-645
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 813
OAKVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Oakview Lane north of T.H. 55 by the
installation of watermain and bituminous street restoration and all necessary
appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
Th4t the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed imprL)vement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or i,p connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improv,,ent as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foiegoing Resolution was duly seconded
