The following members were p Hunt Neils Seibold and toaeth following members were absent: Nene RRR RRR RAA Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its : RESOLUTION NO. 77-643 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 811 LOST LAKE AREA WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve the following streets: I. Revere Lane from CSAH 9 to 39th Avenue 2. Trenton Lane from 150 feet north of 41st Avenue to 40th Avenue 3. Saratoga Circle north of 40th Avenue 4. 41st Avenue from Revere Lane to Trenton Lane 5. 40th Avenue from Revere Lane to Ximines Lane . 6. Ximines Lane from 40th Avenue to approximately 350 feet north by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street restoration with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398. as amended), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , aid upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing vo in favor f: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seib ld and Spaeth .,13 t011ming voted against or one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
