Cnun�ilmpn Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-642
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 810
ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Zachary Lane from 53rd south to approximately
1600 feet north of CSAH 9 by the installation of watermain trunk facilities,
restoration and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b
Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
