Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-641
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 809
PIKE LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area generally described as
Pike Lake Sewer District PL -1, according to the Report Supplement on Comprehensive
Sewer Plan for Plymouth. Minnesota, covering the area north and west of CSAH 10,
south of the north City limits and west of Goldenrod Lane, including the Pike
Lake Terrace plat by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk
facilities, watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous streets with
concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, and all necessary
appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient sp•.-ed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted avoir ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
arw zualuwing voted agU2WZ or abstax
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
