Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meet' of

Counqilmon Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-640
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE AND CSAH 47
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
1. Pineview Lane from CSAR 47 south to Minneapolis/St. Paul Sault Saint Marie
Railroad.
2. Oakview Lane in Palmer Cove Addition
3. CSAH 47 from CSAH 10 to I-494
by the installation of sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities (point 12D
to Pineview and 58th Avenue), wate►main lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous
streets (9 -ton design on Pineview Lane, 7 -ton design on residential streets)
with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and all necessary
appurtenances; the sewer trunk facilities in accordance with Supplemental Report
on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota and to assess the benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
