HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-639• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hela on the 7th day of November , 19 77. The following members were present: _ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None *w* rat ttt Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and movea its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-639 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT - PROJECT NO. 804 FERNBROOK LANE WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following: 1. Fernbrook Lane from CSAR 9 to approximately 416 feet north of Harbor Lane 2. 40th Avenue east of Fernbrook Lane 3. 35th Avenue east of Fernbrook Lane 4. Area north of CSAR 9 from approximately Glacier Lane to I-494 tributary to the Fernbrook Lane sewer (Sewer District NW -7) according to Plan "B" of the Report Supplement in Comprehensive Sewer Plans for Plymouth, Minnesota 1973 by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous street construction (9 -ton design of Fernbrook Lane and 7 -ton design on residential street) with concrete curb and gu4'ter, storm drainage facilities, bridge replacement on Fernbrook Lane et Plymouth Creek; and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to wheti,ar the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
