Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of November , 19 77. The following members were

Councilmpn_Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-638
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
SEVEN PONDS AREA - PROJECT NO. 707
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Seven Ponds Area including Holly Lane
and 32nd Avenue North and from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101 by the installation
of sanitary sewer, watertmmain, storm sewer, 7 -ton bituminous streets with
concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the
benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1593,
Chapter 398, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has previously prepared a Preliminary
Engineering Report for subject area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study:
1. That he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvements,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the previous report shall be updated taking into account recent new
platting in the area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byuncilmaL upon vote and upvote being taken thereon, the
