RESOLUTION NO. 77-636
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS, PROJECT NO. 704, 19th AYENK NORTH.
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 704. 19th Avenue North Improvements
which include sanitary sewer and water main;
AND, WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and
temporary easements are required;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council find it necessary, proper and expedient in the
interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of
the City of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceedings for Project No. 704 for the following described easement over the
following described parcel:
Description of Parcel:
The East 396 feet of the South 550 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
and that part of the South 230 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
lying East of the West 600 feet thereof and lying West of the East 396 feet thereof all
in Section 29, Township 118, Range 22.
Description of Easements:
A 20 foot wide permanent easement for utility purposes over, under, across and through
that part of the above described parcel lying 10 feet on either side of the following
described line:
Commencing at a point on the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 29. Township 118, Range 22, located 250 feet North of the Southeast corner
thereof; thence West for a distance of 250.0 feet parallel with the South line of said
Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29; thence Southwesterly to a point which
is located 100 feet North of the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Seci;inn 29 and five feet East of the extension of the centerline of Fountain Lane as
Qurrently existing in the Kreatz Highview, Acres 6th Addition; thence South parallel with
the extension of the centerline of Fountain Lane to the South line of said Southeast 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 and there• terminating; and
A temporary construction easement consisting of a strip of land 80 feet wide centered
on the above-described centerline.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
