Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regularmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, i eMT sota was held on the
7th day of November 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-633
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING WELLINGTON ADDITION
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 24, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Wellington Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on November 7, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
fswners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resoltuion
adopted October 24, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following- voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
