Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotaa was held on the
7th day of November . 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-632
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 24, 1977,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of the Medicine Lake Estates Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the
Council on November 7, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 24, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favarthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
