Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nesota was held on the
7th day of November , 19 77 . The following members were
Present: mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The foilo ni members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-630
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
JEFF LAUX (A-769)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Jeff Laux
by Resolution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation with Hennepin County:
1. Written easements for utility and drainage purposes 6 ft. either side of the
new property line between Parcels 4725 and 4775 be granted to the City.
2. Written street easements along the entire County Road 15 frontage to 40 ft.
from centerline (additional 7 ft.) be granted to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
