The following members were presentc�yor Tiilde, en CouncilmHunfi_ Naile_ Caihnld and Cnaath *AA RRA Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-629 !*R APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR JEFF LAUX (A-769) WHEREAS, Jeff Laux has requested a division and consolidation of unplatted parcels within the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel 43734 4725 43734 4775 To be divided and consolidated creating the following two parcels: Parcel A That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying Northerly of County Road 15 and East of the West 110 ft. thereof and Westerly of a line described as beginning at a point in the Northerly line of the Southeast 0,+arter of the Southeast Quarter distant 340.66 ft. East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South parallel with the West line thereof 203.28 ft.; thence deflecting right 7 degrees distant 103.5 ft. to the Northerly line of said County Road 15. ALSO: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the'Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34; thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the North line of said South- east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34 a distance of 976.44 feet; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 73.28 feet; thence South 06 degrees 53 minutes 08 seconds West a distance of 103.05 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road NO. 15; thence South 67 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 19.00 feet along said Northerly right- of-way line; thence North 19 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 148.79 feet; thence North 52 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds :Jest a distance of 69.19 feet to the point of beginning. Resolution M 77-629 Page 2 Parcel B That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34; thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the North line of said South- east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34 a distance of 976.44 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 130.00 feet; thence South 52 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 69.19 feet; thence South 19 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds West a dis- tance of 148.79 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 15; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way line to the inter- section of the Westerly line of Jensen Lakeside Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 07 degrees 19 minutes 12 seconds East along said Westerly line a distance of 399.06 feet to the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34; thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds West along said North line a distance of 247.00 feet to the point of beginning.
