Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-628
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR.CARLSON PROPERTIES
(A-368)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Carlson Properties by
Resolution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Proof of written easements for street purposes over the south 60 ft. of the
east 330.96 ft. of Parcel A. Further, agreement by the Carlson Properties
not to extinguish said easement with prior City approval.
2. Any new utility connections to Parcel B shall be at owner's expense.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byQuncilman l(eils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol swing voted in avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
