Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTti 7th day of

RESOLUTION #77-627
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-368)
WHEREAS. Carlson Properties has requested a lot division of unplatted property
within the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Gr PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division of said
unplatted property and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved
by Hennepin County:
Plat 43727 Parcel 1385
To beā¢divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The West 345.82 feet of that part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, lying South of the North 300.5 feet thereof,
lying North of a line parallel with and 759.71 feet North of the South line of Block 1,
MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK and lying East of the Northerly extension of the West
line of Block 1. ALSO,
The East 350.07 feet of the West 695.89 feet of that part of the North Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22 lying South of the North
300.5 feet thereof, lying North of a line parallel with and 759.1 feet North of the
South line of Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK and lying East of the Northerly
extension of the West line of said Block 1. ALSO:
That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22 described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the South line of Lot 4, Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS
INDUSTRIAL PARK, distant 39.43 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof;
thence North 4 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds West, 300.21 feet; thence
Northeasterly 182.13 feet along a tangential curve to the right having
a radius of 399.26 feet; thence North 21 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds
East tangent to the last described curve to the point of intersection with
the North line of said Lot 4; thence Northeasterly along the last described
tangent line to a point distant 65.74 feet Northeasterly from its point of
tangency; thence at a right angle Northwesterly 20 feet; thence at a right

angle Northeasterly, 150 feet; thence Northeasterly 16.58 feet along a
tangential curve to the left having a radius of 399.26 feet to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 699.71 feet North of the
South line of said Block 1, said point begin the actual point of
beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continuing
Northeasterly along last described curve to an intersection with a
line parallel with and 759.71 feet North of the South line of said
Block 1; thence East along last said parallel line to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 695.89 feet East of the Northerly
extension of the West line of said Block 1, thence South along last
said parallel line to an intersection with a line drawn East of the
actual point of beginning and parallel with the South line of said
Block 1; thence West to the actual point of beginning. For description
purposes the South line of said Block 1 bears North 88 degrees 43 minutes
40 seconds East.
Parcel B
That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the northerly
extension of the west line of Block 1, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK, according
to the recorded plat thereof, and which lies south of a line 759.71 feet north
of and parallel with the south line of said Block 1 and which lies westerly of
the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Lot 4 of said Block 1 distant 39.43
feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 4 degrees
'36 minutes 20 seconds West 300.21 feet; assuming the south line of said
Block 1 to bear North 88 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East; thence
northeasterly 182.13 feet along a tangential curve to the right having a
radius of 399.26 feet; thence North 68 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds West
not tangent to last described curve 20.00 feet; thence North 21 degrees 31
minutes 50 seconds East 215.74 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential
curve to the left having a radius of 399.26 feet to the intersection with
a line 759.71 feet north of and parallel with the south line of said Block 1
and there terminating.
Subject to an easement for street purposes over, under and across the north 60.0
feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
