Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a t on:
RESOLUTION #77-626
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW
2ND ADDITION" FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-199)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition" as requested by Carlson Properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY LOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $900 (6 X $150 per unit).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo m avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
