Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nesota was a on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 622
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 714
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 20th day of June, 1977,
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of County Road
15 between Niagara Lane and approximately 600 feet west thereof by the
construction of sanitary sewer main, services, restoration and all necessary
appurtenances,
AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
on the 24th day of October, 1977, at which all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution
adopted June 20, 1977.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 24th day of
1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
-the following voted against or abstained: T None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe�aiff—sdopt .
