Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-621
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the following have
been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 6, Plymouth Code:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE -'IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Small Disposal System Licenses be approved for the above applicants
for a period to expire April 30, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted un favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
