Councilman Spaeth_ introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-619
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A TAX FORFEIT PARCEL
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin notice of land within its corporate limits which has
become the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate
taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described in the notice has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconserva-
tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said Board of
County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that the tax forfeit
parcel identified as Plat 44365, Parcel 0410, be conveyed for Public Street
Right -of -Way purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
