Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
isadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-618
AUTHORIZING REPORT ON PROPOSED ADDITION
TO PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING
PROJECT NO. 808
WHEREAS, in order to provide sufficient indoor storage space for the City's
equipment, and
WHEREAS, the current Five Year Capital Improvements Plan has included in the
1978 element the expansion to the present Public Works Building, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City's consultants, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare a preliminary report
for the expansion of the present Public Works Building including floor plan
and cost estimate.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , Councitm� Seibold . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followowmg voted 'in avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
Spapth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
