Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council' of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-617
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
ON WATERMAIN PROJECT NO. 805
CHESHIRE LANE SOUTH OF 21ST
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Cheshire Lane from 21st Avenue to approx-
imately 400 feet south by the installation of 16" watermain and all necessary
appurtenances and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as requested.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by c�oouunccilmanNeils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following in favor t ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
Spagth
