Seibold The following members were suave a.s ec. 1 meeting of nnesota wasiheid—on' the The following members were CnWnciJmarL th introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-615 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Medicine Lake Estates, Inc. requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Medicine Lake Estates development, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Medicine Lake Estates Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting filed with the City Council on October 24, 1977 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council, in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by b 1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol g 'vte 1n avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The owing abstained.
