SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR PLYMOUTH BIBLE CHAPEL
(A-767)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for the Plymouth Bible Chapel
by Resolution #77-613;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Dedication by written easement of 7 ft. of additional right-of-way (to a total
of 40 ft. from centerline) along the 36th Avenue North frontage of both proposed
parcels.
• 2. Payment of $150 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu.
3. -Written easements for drainage and utilities 6 ft. either side of the new
property line.
4. New utilities connections shall be at owner's expense and REC's for Parcel B
shall be paid with a building permit on that parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_--caungi1 n Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
