Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-613
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR PLYMOUTH BIBLE CHAPEL (A-767)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Bible Chapel has requested a division of existing unplatted
property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43724 Parcel 4445
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The east 328 ft, of the west 418 ft. of the north 275 ft. of the west half of the
northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 118, Range 22,
except the east 131.00 ft. thereof.
Parcel B
The east 131.00 ft. of the east 328 ft. of the west 418 ft. of the north 275 ft.
of the west half of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 24,
Township 118, Range 22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neijs and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vo in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
