Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-612
APPROVING REVISED POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF
MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND REQUESTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has established a Policy for the Review
of Municipal Industrial Development Bond Requests, and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that additional revisions are needed to further
improve and clarify said policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the revised Policy Concerning the Review of Municipal
Industrial Development Bond Requests as submitted to this Council in the
Manager's memorandum dated October 14, 1977 be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion or the ado tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci man Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
eibol�d Spaeth
