Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was a on the
17th day of October , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent. None

Councilmen Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-610
ADOPTING REVISED PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel program needs have required that amendments be
made to the July 10, 1972 personnel policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed revisions in the format and substance
of the 1972 policy which enhance its utility and understanding; and
WHEREAS, such changes benefit Plymouth employees, supervisors and residents
by promoting equity and understanding of the Plymouth personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt a revised personnel
policy dated October 17, 1977 to replace the policy dated July 10, 1972.
