Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-609
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR RECODIFICATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the Council authorize the
recodification of the ordinances of the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal, dated October 6, 1977, from
its attorney to undertake such a recodification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the agreement between the City of Plymouth
and the firm of LeFevere, Lefler, Pearson, O'Brien and Drawz, dated October b,
1977, providing for the recodification of the ordinances of the City of
Plymouth at a cost of $7,000.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and open vote being taken thereon, the
foi owing voted in avorereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
