Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,esota was a ME the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-606
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6 for the electrical contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 6 Electrical Contractor in the amount of $4,365.00
to Conservation Systems, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing Vote inn av�or�ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
