Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular aeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 'Minnesota was held—'mon the
17th day of October , 1977 . The following ambers were
present: Myor Hilde. CouncIlmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUT?ON NO. 77-605
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6 for the mechanical contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 Project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 6 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $1,042.05 to J. McClure
Kelly Company and $3,000.52 to Hoov-Aire, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2 Building
Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol1iw— g v�ote3 in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
