Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a FWn the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-604
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6 for the General Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 6 General Contractor in the amount of $18,881.00
to W. H. Cates Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project
No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favorthereof: Ma or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Weils,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
