Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. -egular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymoul%, Minnesota was held 6 the
17th day of October , 19 The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 603
APPROVING PLYMOUTH FIRE STATION NO. 2
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WHEREAS, the architects for the City's Fire Station No. 2 have recommended that
a change order be issued to Conservation Systems, Inc. in order to wire the
sefety reversing switches for the overhead doors at the Fire Station; and
WHEREAS, the specifications for the electrical contract did not include the
wiring required for said safety reversing switches:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the contract with Conservation Systems, Inc., electrical contractor
. for Fire Station No. 2, be revised by change order no. 1 in the amount of $969.00
as recommended by the architect in his letter of October 14, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
