Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of

Councilman introduced the fi')llowing Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-602
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 12
PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA IMPROVEME "S
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 12 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
No. 12 in the amount of $126,032.65 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
No. 607 Bass Lake Area Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S and upon vote being taken thereon,the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
