Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-601
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 605 WATER RESERVOIR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
No. 3; in the amount of $33,570.00, to Brown Minneapolis Tank Company for
Pr,ject No. 605 Water Reservoir.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
