Councilmen Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-600
APPROVING DOM ORDER NO. 1
WATER RESERVOIR NO. 4 - PROJECT NO. 605
WHEREAS, Change Order No. i has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates. Inc. covering the additional costs for two-tone painting
for Water Reservoir No. 4 and installation of an additional gate at the bottom
of the access ladder, and
WHEREAS. the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,298.00 to Brown Minneapolis
Tank Company for the additional cost for two-tone painting for Water Reservoir
No. 4 and installation of an additional gate at the bottom of the access ladder
is -hereby approved and that the revised contract amount is $200,298.00.
The motion for the adoption of the fo=epoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CQUnrilmm,n ARAeth , and upon vote being Lateen thereon, the
