Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of

CounqilmAn Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-599
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT PROVIDING
SEWER AND WATERJO HOLY NAME CHURCH OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has constructed sanitary sewer and watermain
facilities to serve residents in Plymouth or the City of Medina or property
in areas adjacent to the common boundaries; and it appears to the respective
parties hereto that it is reasonable and feasible, and in the interest of
Plymouth to provide for sewer and water facilities to the Holy Name Church
in Medina, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney setting forth
the terms and conditions whereby the City of Plymouth will provide sanitary
sewer and watermain service to the Holy Name Church in Medina,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUT!i,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with the City of Medina and/or Holy Name Church in Medina
whereby the City of Plymouth will provide sanitary sewer and watermain
service to said church, said Agreement being signed by the City of Medina
on October 4, 1977.
AND, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Holy Name Church shall pay directly
to the City of Plymouth, $34,890.00, as shown in Exhibit "A" of said
agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
