Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
S Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
October , 19 77 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
MIDDLE EAST PLYMOUTH AREA STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on September 19, 1977,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of:
36th Place from Quaker Lane to the cul-de-sac east of Pilgrim Lane
37th Avenue from Quaker Lane to the cul-de-sac east of Pilgrim Lane
37th Place from Pilgrim Lane to Nathan Lane
Quaker Lane from 36th Place to 37th Avenue
Nathan Lane from 37th Place north to cul-de-sac
Pilgrim Lane from 36th Avenue to Lancaster Lane
Orleans Lane east and west of Pilgrim Lane
Nathan Lane from Pilgrim Lane to Quaker Lane
41st west of Nathan Lane
Quaker Lane from 40th Avenue to Nathan Lane
40th Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to Quaker Lane
39th Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to 270 feet west of Union Terrace Lane
Saratoga Lane south of 39th Avenue
Trenton Lane south of 39th Avenue.
38th Place west of Pilgrim Lane'
38th Avenue from Union Terrace Lane to Pilgrim Lane
38th Avenue from Union Terrace Lane to 210 feet west
Union Terrace Way west of Union Terrace Lane
Union Terrace Lane from 36th Avenue to 39th Avenue
Union Terrace Court west of Union Terrace Lane
37th Avenue east of Union Terrace Lane
Quaker, Lane north of 38th Avenue
Saratoga Lane south of 38th Avenue
Trenton Lane south of 38th Avenue
Trenton Lane and Saratoga Lane (loop) north of 36th Avenue
by the installation of a street lighting system, and this report was received
by the Council on October 17, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011
to 429.111 (laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $7,300.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st day
of November, 1977 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 14900 23rd
Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Rnapth
