Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular_ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the
17th day of October , 19 77. The following members were

Qpuncilmao Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-597
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING SAGAMORE ADDITION
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted October 3, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reforence to the improve-
ment of the Sagamore Apartments by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 17, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. rhe Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2.• Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted October 3, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
