Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
17th day of October , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, bug lmen Hun Neils,, Sethnld and SnaPth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-596
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING SEVEN PONDS EAST
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted October 3, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Seven Ponds East Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 17, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2.' Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted October 3, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votea in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
