Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MMinnesota was field on the
17th day of _ October , 19_a. The following members were
present: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-595
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE FROM CSAH 9 TO 45TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Larch Lane from CSAH 9 to 45th Avenue North
by the installation of interim rural section including bituminous surface with
gravel shoulders, necessary drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances
and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
i.- That the proposed improvement be referred to Bon^stroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the council
with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. The previous preliminary report, dated November 24, 1974, Project No. 505,
shall be updated to include the following alternate connection at Larch Lane:
a. alignment which would include the removal of Ivy's Tavern at the
northwest corner of Larch and CSAH 9.
b. alignment to the east, adjacent to the City's Fire Station No. 2
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
