CouncilMn Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-592
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
PROJECT NO. 803
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Lancaster Lane at the
entrance for the Four Seasons Shopping Center north of Pilgrim Lane by
the construction of median changes and street by turn lanes as per
approved site plan for A -File 683, filed with the Council on October 17,
1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petitioner is 100% owner of the property proposed to be assessed
for said work and does hereby waive their right to public improvement
and special assessment hearings on this improvement.
3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
