HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-5910 CITY OF PLYM UIli • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_�regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota -was held on the 17th day of October , 19 77. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-591 DIVISION OF ASSESSMENTS PLAT 43712, PARCELS 2020, 7500, 8020 WHEREAS, the St. Paul Companies, Inc., owner of certain land legally described as Plat 43712, Parcels 2020, 7500, 8020, and WHEREAS, the City has levied certain special assessments against said parcels, some on a per acre basis and some on a front foot basis, and WHEREAS, St. Paul Companies, Inc. are desirous of selling said parcels in various sizes over the next few years and feel it would be easier for them as well as the City if the special assessments were all levied on a per acre basis, and, therefore, so request by their letter of September 22, 1977 from Jerry T. Scott, operations manager. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following levies shall all be apportioned on a per acre basis when the following parcels are divided: Plat 43712 - Parcels 2020, 7500, 8020 Levy 5604: County Road 18 Storm Sewer Project No. 114, 115 and 117 Levy 6385: Northeast Trunk Watermain Project No. 402 Levy 6388: Northeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Project No. 401 Levy 6408: Northwestern Bell Street/Utilities Project No. 403 The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counc;'man Seibold , and upon vote being za;,en thereon, the fol awing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, „m xoiiowing vorea against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
