Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. ---regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was to on the
17th day of October , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor_i e, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-590
CANCELLING PENDING ASSESSMENT STATUS
PROJECT NO. 509
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted the 7th day of April, 1975
for the date of public hearing for the improvements to the Medicine Ridge
Addition, and
WHEREAS, upon completion of the public hearing the Council adopted the
Resolution on May 12, 1975 ordering said improvements, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Ordinances, the developer of the
Medicine Ridge Addition was required to post certain bonds for guaranty of
said work, and
WHEREAS, the developer was unable to post said security and has failed to do
so, and, therefore, the project has never advanced to the bidding state.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Medicine Ridge Addition improvements Project
No. 509 is hereby removed from the pending assessment status until such time
that the project is reordered by the City Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by nn it n Hn Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
