The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hu -n'£; Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The folloi-m— �gWs were sent: None AAA AAA AAA Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION A77- 586 DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST OF FIFTY-FIVE PROPERTIES FOR BAKERY GOODS SALES AND DISTRIBUTION IN WHEEL CENTER BUILDING (A-453) WHEREAS, Fifty-five Properties has requested a conditional use permit to operate a bakery goods sales and distribution operation from the Wheel Center Building with- in the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended denial; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does deny the request of Fifty-five Properties for a conditional use permit to operate a bakery goods sales and distribution operation from the Wheel Center Building within the City of Plymouth based on the following finding: That the use as proposed by petitioner's application is primarily that of distri- bution which.is first permitted in the I-1 (Planned Industrial) zoning district and not permitted or allowed by conditional use permit in the B-3 (Service Business) zoning district in which the use is proposed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votail in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth ine mttowing voted against or abstained:— None — Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. AAA AAA AAA
