Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was Field on the
17th day of October , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hilde_. Councilmen Hunt Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following mem ers were sent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 585
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "TIMBER CREEK" FOR
SARATOGA DEVELOPMENT (A-739)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Timber Creek" as requested by Saratoga Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T': CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the follow4.g prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. "Revere Circle" be renamed to "Revere Lane".
3. That street running southwest to northwest through the plat now named "Pilgrim
'Lane" shall be changed in name to 29th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by uncilm n Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol Owing vote inn avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Soaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and -adopted.
