Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MU66sota was -Re on the
17th day of October , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 584
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TIMBER CREEK FOR SARATOGA DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION (A-739)
WHEREAS, Saratoga Development has requested approval of the final plat of Timber Creek
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 27 lots and two outlots
located at Pilgrim Lane and 29th Avenue North and a development contract therefor;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Saratoga Development
for final plat approval of Timber Creek , a plat for single family residential
development consisting of 27 lots and two outlots located at Pilgrim Lane and 29th
Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _Q n1 n� Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
