Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeld—on the
17th day of1927 The following members were
present: Mayor i e, ounce men Hunte, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its 8 tion:
RESOLUTION #77- 583
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "ROLLING RIDGE ADDITION"
FOR ERLING LINDEN (A-753)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Rolling Ridge Addition" for Erling Linden;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $750.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon the
following votedin favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
